fresh options great location air conditioning leak small pool

The staff were so cute. Nuna especially were really good daily to accommodate me! breakfast was very nice. I loved all the fresh options. the location was great. I walked to most places i needed to go!

The air conditioning in my room had a leak. it dripped onto my ipad while it was charging, ruining the keyboard! i didn't get any compensation. They stopped communicating after i left. the pool was also smaller than i expected from the pictures.

outdated room limited space

The breakfast was delicious. There was a great variety of options.

the room felt quite outdated. the air conditioning unit was positioned directly above the bed and blew cold air right onto my face, so i couldn't keep it on for long. also, there wasn't much space around the sink to put my toiletries.

the hotel location is great, near the city center. breakfasts were AMAZING!!! the staff were very kind and always ready to help. laundry service was also very good and fast.

i thought the swimming pool did not match the description, as it looked smaller than in the photos.

I had a superior double room. It was of a decent size and included a very comfortable bed. The hotel breakfast stood out. It was cooked to order. The staff was helpful when organizing tours.
